(B)  Chana aur soybean ko aap raat mein bhigo Kar rakh denFIR subah workout se 30 minut pahle unko Kha Len in  mein bharpur matra mein vitamin aur protein milta hai


( C) Daliyao dudh ke sath acchi tarah milakar banaen aur workout se 30 minut pahle khayen inmein bharpur matra mein carbohydrate rahata hai aur yah aasani se digest(pacha Lia jata hai) ho jata hai

Ya FIR aap workout se pahle uble hue aalu bhi kha sakte hain usmein bharpur matra mein carbohydrate aur potassium hota hai aur yah sab chij se kafi sasta bhi hota hai to isase apne diet mein jarur shamil Karen

Sabse pahle baat to Bhai aap aap Jo workout 30 minute karte Hain use up 45 minut kar den aur 45 minut ke workout ke bich mein 20 second se jyada ka rest nal Len dusri baat running ke 40 minut bad daliya doodh ke sath milakar acchi tarah khayen
Daliya aur dudh milakar khane se aapko usmein carbohydrate milega uske bad add aap nashte mein Ek boil anda bhi kha sakte hain uske sirf safed hissa aur mere dost masoor ki daal mein bhi protein hota hai yah Ek achcha protein hai isase aapka pet bhi ghar jaega aur aapki body ko repair karega
Saari chiz workout ke baad hi leni hai , ya Firr din mein kabhi bhi ?
